"Spoons of Salt has been a life saver. My health declined rapidly a year ago and for months I felt so alone and confused as test after test came back normal but my health was worse and worse. One day I was scrolling through Cherokee Connect and found a post from Chelsea advertising a Spoons of Salt meeting and I went the following day. Meeting Chelsea and Sarah and hearing that my symptoms weren't just mine and finding community through Spoons of Salt was exactly what I needed/need and I'm so grateful to be in this group."
Tori Anderson MemberLove this! I just attended my first meeting. It was great to be around others that have the same struggles because chronic illness can be so isolating.
Erika Tisher Member"I love the sense of community that I feel with Spoons of Salt. It's very overwhelming when you are newly diagnosed and online groups are great, but having meetings in real life and meeting others who understand what you are going through is amazing. It really makes a difference."
Teresa Graham Member"I love SOS’s passion to serve the community and foster relationships among the chronically ill!"
Ashley Hart Member"Even at our recent appointments in Atlanta we heard about what a great group this is, and how excited practitioners are to suggest joining. At two offices, in two different practices. Know you're making an impact!! SOS is doing a remarkable job of creating awareness for POTS, yet offering an even more magnificent option for support and encouragement to our area!"

It’s nice to share our experiences with others who truly get it. The group also host a variety of fun activities and meetings every month!"
